Rum Point Wedding - Cayman Kai - Grand Cayman Island

Tara’s Grandfather, Cecil Fox, used to manage the Rum Point Club at Cayman Kai way back before the Marriott, Westin, or Ritz-Carlton had arrived on the island.  In those days it was just the local fishermen and a few hardy stay-over tourists enjoying rum drinks and an empty beach and listening to the wind whistle through the palm trees and casuarinas. Tara’s childhood memories are of running over the rocks and playing in the sand at her Grandfather’s club.  When she and Brian decided to get married, there was no other place to have the wedding than good ol’ Rum Point.  The ceremony was held at a private home just around the corner on the North Coast of Grand Cayman.  Then it was off for a photo session around Cayman Kai.  After a quick meal and cutting of the cake, we headed back over to Rum Point for a few more photos at sunset.  Now Tara and Brian have these photo memories of their wedding day to warm their hearts on cold days back in Chicago.   Congratulations Tara and Brian!  See you next time you are down!

David, thanks so much for doing such an awesome job on the photography for our daughter’s wedding last Thursday! You were SO MUCH FUN and your photos are wonderful – we had such a good time and enjoyed our experience with you! Thanks again and hope to see you sometime soon! – Deborah Fox, Mother of the Bride
